Moditya.com has made this facility available to you as a value-added service. Using this service, you can make your online booking request for booking various services offered by Moditya.com. Your booking request will be processed for confirmation of prices and availability of services requested by you. Only on confirmation to you about the prices and availability, Moditya.com will be bound to provide you the requested holiday packages and other services subject however to you making full payment and complying with the relevant terms and conditions. Any correspondence with, you prior to Moditya.comaforesaid confirmation, will not be treated as any acceptance of your request. Please ensure that all information given by you while booking is correct. For security reasons and to be able to advice you of any developments affecting your travel we need to be able to contact you by telephone and email and to have your correct address on record .If any or all of these contact details are not correctly given by you, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction at your risk and cost.

Tour Packages - Terms and Conditions

Please read the following travel and packages terms and conditions carefully. They rule the contractual relationship between you and us, the Moditya.com(hereafter tour operator). Booking a travel with the tour operator, you acknowledge the following general travel terms and conditions for the tour operator’s package offers. 

Tour includes:
• Accommodation on double / twin sharing basis.
• Night in our in - network hotels.
• Complimentary breakfast in the respected Hotel during the tour.
• Boat Ride at Lake Pichola/Fatehsagar in Udaipur.
• All Transfers and Sightseeing throughout the tour by an individual Air Conditioned vehicle.
• Toll Tax and Parking.
• All currently applicable taxes.

Tour Excludes
• Any kind of personal expenses such as monument Fees, laundry, telephone bills and alcoholic beverages. Camera fees (still or movie).
• Anything not specified in the itinerary.
• Entrance charges to places of interest & monuments.
• Any Flight/Train/Bus Charges.
• Unspecified meals etc.
• Service tax
• Any meals other than those specified in ‘Cost Includes’.
• Expenses of personal nature such as tips telephone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
• Any other item not specified in ‘cost includes’
• Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing (Unless specified).

Note:
Tour will be booked only after receiving payment 100% in advance. 
In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Transport, govt. tax, fuel etc. we are bound to augment the same. 
Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis

Our liabilities & limitations:

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India and Rajasthanstate government the same would be charged as extra.

Moditya.com act only as an agent for the hotels, transporters, other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, given to you so that you get a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Other factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well-being.

Our rates are based on the present rates as negotiated by us with the hotels and transporter. Hotels and transporter retain the right to modify the rates without notice due to fuel prices goes up. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or transporter. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk. 

Cancellation on the Part of the Client
• The client can at any time before the start of the journey cancel the travel by sending a notice of repudiation of contract by registered mail to the tour operator. 
• When the client cancels a travel, the tour operator is entitled to claim appropriate refund for the travel arrangements made and other relevant expenditures. Depending on the date of receipt of the notice of repudiation of contract, the following rates will be charged (in per cent of the booked overall package).

Cancellation fees for Standard packages
• ≥30 days before the start of the travel: 20% of the travel price.
• 29–22 days before the start of the travel: 25% of the travel price.
• 21–15 days before the start of the travel: 35% of the travel price.
• 14–8 days before the start of the travel: 50% of the travel price.
• 7 days–1 day before the start of the travel: 65% of the travel price.
• ≤1 day of the start of the travel / no start of the travel: 80% of the travel price.

Cancellation fees for special packages (Honeymoon, other 4 days packages)
• ≥30 days before the start of the travel: 20% of the travel price.
• 29–22 days before the start of the travel: 35% of the travel price.
• 21–15 days before the start of the travel: 50% of the travel price.
• 14–8 days before the start of the travel: 60% of the travel price.
• 7 days–1 day before the start of the travel: 75% of the travel price.
• ≤1 day of the start of the travel / no start of the travel: 100% of the travel price.

The cancellation fee is due and payable immediately. 
Rebooking to a different date is possible only after a prior cancellation of the current travel contract. The fee for rebooking is additional 500 Rs.
Transaction fee 15% will be charged if the cancellation is made within 45 days and more than 30 days from the scheduled booking.
100% cancellation will be charged on NO SHOW.
